Create large print documents for the blind
VisiPrint Features

DATABASE DRIVEN

VisiPrint facilitates the creation of a database that stores the visual preferences for font type, size, and style for any number of users.

EASY, IMMEDIATE VISUAL ACCESS

VisiPrint makes it possible to produce printed materials for visually impaired students efficiently and easily. All information is formatted and word-wrapped automatically.

BATCH PROCESSES INLUDED

VisiPrint allows for any number of users to be selected, or "batched", from the database and applied to the chosen document. Once selected, VisiPrint automates the printing of those documents with the preferred font and point sizes of those users.

DISPLAY NAMES OF STUDENTS

When "batching" documents for multiple end-users, VisiPrint features a menu option (“ENABLE NAMES”) that prints the name of each student at the beginning of each document, allowing easy subsequent dissemination of materials

REVERSE CONTRAST

Some visually impaired students with extreme light sensitivity are unable to read black text on a white background, and need to physically access a closed cicuit magnification system (CCTV). VisiPrint can immediately act as a CCTV using a feature that allows documents to be saved in reverse contrast format, and at the preferred font and point size of the user. Using this feature, documents can be viewed on any PC with white text on a black background.

PREVIEW

Once "batched", any document selected for presentation can be previewed before printing. Should any editing of the document be desired, it can be done directly in MS Word.
